Silverpreneur Pathway Program

Empowering Seniors to Redefine Retirement Through Coaching & Mentoring

About the Program

The 3-month comprehensive program combines training, hands-on practice, and digital tools to help retirees transition into coaching and mentoring roles.

The Silverpreneur Pathway Program is a transformative journey designed to reignite purpose, empower financial independence, and unleash the untapped potential of seniors.

Developed by NAWEM in collaboration with KopNAWEM, this initiative equips Malaysian retirees with the tools to thrive as certified coaches and mentors—turning their decades of knowledge and experience into impactful, income-generating careers.
