The MSME Mentorship Program is designed just for you. This personalized initiative builds on our Business Management Workshop Series and offers selected participants continued guidance to navigate their business journey toward sustainability and success.
What to Expect
Structured Support. Practical Tools. Real Growth.
This structured 6-month mentorship program focuses on actionable learning and long-term sustainability. Over the course of the program, up to 25 young women entrepreneurs in Malaysia will receive:
- Discovery Session: Kickstarts the mentor-mentee relationship with goal-setting and expectations.
- Five 1-to-1 Mentoring Sessions: Personalized guidance on business development, sustainability, and growth strategies.
- Three Peer Circle Sessions: Facilitated group discussions for collaborative problem-solving and networking.
- Digital Support: The program leverages the KoTA Online Platform for scheduling, progress tracking, resource sharing, and community building.
